Research on Effect of Pleural Effusion Dilution Joint Urokinase Pleural Injection in the Treatment of Tuberculous Pleurisy

2012
Objective To investigate the effect of pleural effusion dilution joint urokinase pleural injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 31 patients with pleural effusion the dilution joint urokinase thoracic cavity injection method for the treatment from January 2009 to February 2012 were chosen as the observation group. 31 patients with dexamethasone injection intrathoracic method for treatment at the same period were set as the control group. The total efficiency, pleural thickness, the incidence of pleural adhesions, fluid absorption, the number of drainage and pumping volume of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The pleural thickness of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the incidence of pleural adhesions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and effusion absorption 10 d proportion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the pumping liquid of the observation group was less than that of the control group, pumping volume of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusions Pleural effusion dilution joint urokinase pleural injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy is markedly effective, which can significantly control the occurrence of undesirable situations.
