The invention provides a shifting register, a gate electrode driving circuit and a display device, belongs to the technical field of display, and can solve problems that existing shifting registers are single in function and poor in flexibility. The shifting register is characterized by comprising a pull-up node control unit, a pull-down node control unit, a pull-up output unit, a noise reduction unit and a touch control scanning control unit. The pull-up node control unit is connected with a first input end, a second input end, a first power supply end, a second power supply end and a pull-up node. The pull-down node control unit is connected with a high level end, a low level end, the pull-up node and a pull-down node. The pull-up output unit is connected with a clock signal input end, the pull-up node and a signal output end. The noise reduction unit is connected with the pull-down node and the low level end. The touch control scanning control unit is connected with a control signal input end, the pull-up node, the signal output end and the low level end.
