The method for preparing the medlar chilli camel meat sauce comprises a first step of mixing the raw materials, a second step of stir-frying eschalot, ginger and garlic, a third step of stir-frying the minced camel meat, the medlar and the chilli powder; a fourth step of stir-frying the soybean sauce; and a fifth step of adding in the seasonings.
