Compound sulfamethoxazole dry suspension and preparation method thereof

2012
The invention discloses a compound sulfamethoxazole dry suspension and a preparation method thereof. The compound sulfamethoxazole dry suspension comprises: by weight, 750 to 850 parts of sulfamethoxazole, 150 to 170 parts of trimethoprim, 50 to 200 parts of PEG 6000, 13 to 18 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 50 to 200 parts of sugar powder, 10 to 15 parts of xanthan gum, 4 to 6 parts of acesulfame potassium, 13 to 18 parts of aspartame, 8 to 12 parts of sodium glutamate, 10 to 60 parts of croscarmellose sodium, 8 to 12 parts of citric acid, 2 to 10 parts of peppermint oil, 14 to 16 parts of aerosol, 5 to 20 parts of orange essence powder, and an appropriate amount of ethanol having a concentration of 75%. The compound sulfamethoxazole dry suspension has the advantages that peppermint oil produces an effect of paralysis of taste buds; sodium glutamate can shorten bitter taste retention time so that patient compliance is good; and PEG 6000 as a wetting agent prevents gelatination and does not influence a taste so that a patient can take the compound sulfamethoxazole dry suspension successfully.
