According to the main structure, uniformly distributed vent holes are formed in three sides of the bottom shell of a disinfection box, and uniformly distributed vent holes are formed in the top surface of the upper cover of the disinfection box; a square mark window is formed at the right center of the upper cover of the disinfection box; upper and lower separation screens have soft metal mesh structures; a lower non-woven fabric has a reticular soft structure, and has the same size with that of the lower separation screen; a lower fixed frame is a trough-type frame which is bent according to the inner size of the bottom shell of the disinfection box; the lower non-woven fabric is laid on the inner bottom of the bottom shell of the disinfection box, the lower separation mesh is laid on the lower non-woven fabric, and the lower fixed frame is flatly pressed on the lower separation mesh; the lower fixed frame and the bottom shell of the disinfection box are fixed in a welding manner; and planes on two sides of the lower fixed frame are parallel to the upper plane of the bottom shell of the disinfection box. According to the ultrasonic oscillation irrigation mesh box, the irrigation efficiency can be improved, loss of fine appliances can be prevented, appliance damage generated by vibration and collision can be reduced, and medical appliances can be distinguished conveniently. The ultrasonic oscillation irrigation mesh box is simple in design and convenient to operate, is time and labor saving, and is environment-friendly.
