Experimental study on work performance of waste rubber concrete

Through design different of strength of rubber concrete,particle size of rubber,content of rubber,pretreatment methods of rubber,mixing methods of rubber,to study the work performance of waste rubber concrete.The results showed that in a single test variables,doped crude rubber particles concrete was superior to doped the fine rubber powder on performance of concrete mixture.Pretreatment of waste rubber particles were to improve the work performance of the concrete mixture.When waste rubber as the behalf volume of sand mixed to concrete,performance of concrete mixture with crude rubber particles content increased,doped fine rubber powder was the opposite.When rubber particles directly outside doped to concrete,both crude rubber particles or fine rubber powder,with the rubber particles content increased,the performance of the concrete mixture had a law of first increases and then decreases.When doped fine rubber powder to replace the sand was greater than 10% or the outer dosage greater than 20 kg/m3,the work performance of the concrete mixture was reduced sharply.
