Analysis of fatty acid compositions in sophora japonica L by GC-MS

The fatty acid compositions in Sophora japonica L were extracted by solvent-ultrasonic methed,after methyl esterifying treatment,the components and content of fatty acid were analyzed by GC-MS.Thirteen fatty acids were identified,with peak area normalization,components of them were 11,14-Octadecadienoic acid(4.751%),9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid(Z,Z,Z)(3.840%),Tricosanoic acid(3.441%),Pentacosanoic acid(3.378%),Hexadecanoic acid(3.015%),Tetracosanoic acid(2.803%),Docosanoid acid(2.094%), Eicosanoic acid(1.308%),Octadecanoic acid(0.936%),Heneicosanoic acid(0.930%),11-Eicosenoic acid(0.204%),Methyl tetradecanoate(0.057%),Pentadecanoic acid(0.036%).
