Video decoding method and device

The application discloses a video decoding method and a video decoding device. The method comprises the following steps of: reading data generated from a video code stream subjected to entropy decoding according to set data length; decoding according to a conversion coefficient aiming at a corresponding unit image block every time the data of set length is read; determining value of each bit in the read data of the set length as a zone bit decoding result and storing the result; if the read data of the set length certainly comprises a constant conversion coefficient according to the zone bit decoding result, acquiring the decoded value of the constant conversion coefficient according to the zone bit decoding result; and if the read data of the set length certainly comprises an escape dataconversion coefficient according to the zone bit decoding result, continuously reading the data according to the set length on specified occasions and acquiring the decoded value of the escape data conversion coefficient.
