Simalation and Analysis of Low-speed Performance of Train Hydraulic Damper

Based on the structure of the vertical damper for the train,the simulation of its internal flow field and damping properties were studied.And the flow field of different velocities in the adjusting valve has been analyzed with ANSYS CFX software.As a result,damping the characteristic curves were obtained by the simulation.By comparing with the theoretical curves,it can be found that the simulation curves coincide with it.And the results can be provided for the optimum design of damper's structure and parameters.
