Double-component water-based polyurethane adhesive and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a double-component water-based polyurethane adhesive and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of high polymer materials. The double-component water-based polyurethane adhesive comprises a first component and a second component. The first component comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water-based polyurethane emulsion, 0.01-0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.5 part of wetting agent and 0.05-0.5 part of thickener. The second component comprises the following component in parts by mass: 2-10 parts of curing agent. When the double-component water-based polyurethane adhesive is in use, the first component and second component are compounded according to the mass ratio. The invention also provides a preparation method of the double-component water-based polyurethane adhesive. The double-component water-based polyurethane adhesive solves the problems of environmental pollution, fire hazard and health hazard to operating personnel in the common organic-solvent-type glue for shoes, and has the advantages of excellent binding strength, excellent heat resistance and excellent moisture resistance. The water-based polyurethane adhesive is composed of double components; the first component is packaged after being prepared; and when the water-based polyurethane adhesive is in use, the second component is added according to the use amount, thereby reducing the excess waste of the water-based polyurethane adhesive.
