Current aspects of prognostication of postoperative thromboembolic complications

: Seven most informative prognostic factors were chosen on the basis of analysis of clinical and laboratory investigation done with the use of modern computer methods: the principal illness character, patient's age, the presence of concomitant cardiovascular disease, obesity, the operative procedure duration, the homeostasis state and the volume of operative procedure. Decisive rule of the individual preoperative prognosis of postoperative venous thrombosis was elaborated and practically used with 76% reliability.
