Sezary syndrome (SS) is a rare and aggressive leukemic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with poor prognosis. Is characterized by a triad of erythroderma, lymphadenopathy and circulating neoplastic T cells.
Diagnosis is made by clinical features, histopathology, flow cytometry and T-cell receptor gene rearrangements.
In this review we will analyze clinical presentation, histopathology, diagnosis and prognosis of SS.
