Anti-seepage treatment method for constructed wetland structure

2014
The invention relates to an anti-seepage treatment method for a constructed wetland structure. The anti-seepage treatment method comprises the following steps: spraying a polyurea anti-seepage layer according to different inflow water qualities, different inflow water pollutants varieties, different suspended particulate matter concentrations and different particle sizes, and realizing different inflow water conditions and different polyurea layer thicknesses, specifically when the inflow water pH value of the constructed wetland is 6.5-8 or the concentration of the inflow water suspended solids is lower than 20mg/L, the spraying thickness of the polyurea on the surface of the constructed wetland structure is 1-1.5mm; when the inflow water pH value of the constructed wetland is lower than 6.5 or higher than 8 or the concentration of the inflow water suspended solids is 21-50mg/L, the spraying thickness of the polyurea on the surface of the constructed wetland structure is 1.5-2mm; and when the concentration of the inflow water suspended solids of the constructed wetland is higher than 51mg/L, the spraying thickness of the polyurea on the surface of the constructed wetland structure is 2-4mm. The traditional geomembrane and asphalt are replaced by adopting a polyurea material, and substances with toxicity on organisms in the constructed wetland are not released in the process of contacting the polyurea material with sewage; and meanwhile, the anti-seepage requirement of the constructed wetland is met, and the adhesiveness on the surface of the anti-seepage material and the constructed wetland pool structure can be improved.
