Tool supporting plate, assembly welding tool and radian profile welding method

The invention provides a tool supporting plate, an assembly welding tool and a radian profile welding method. The supporting height at the edge of the tool supporting plate is higher than the height of the corresponding position of a to-be-supported profile. On the basis of the conventional assembly welding tool, a supporting plate adjacent to a propping end fixture or a positioning end fixture is taken as a deformed supporting plate. The radian profile welding method adopts the assembly welding tool provided by the invention during the welding process. With the adoption of the tool supporting plate, the assembly welding tool and the radian profile welding method, the compression effect of a tool compaction fixture is enhanced, the problem of pre-welding misalignment at the butt-jointed beveled edge of a long weld joint of a radian profile is effectively controlled, and the production efficiency of the long and longitudinal weld joint radian profile is greatly improved without adjusting the misalignment at the beveled edge.
