Fluorinated cationic copolymers for oil and water repellent treatment of building materials

This invention relates to fluorinated copolymers containing hydroxyl groups and amino groups in salified or quaternized form. With such a copolymer and a polyisocyanate, one can prepare an aqueous composition, useful for the oleophobic and hydrophobic treatment building materials.
