The Design of the Control System about Tool Magazine

The operating process of tool magazine and automatic tool changer(ATC) which is developed independently,is analyzed.At the same time,a control program based on PLC and Kingview is presented The movements of the chain magazine and the manipulator are controlled by PLC,w hich also control the turning of the tool A Human and Machine Interaction w hich operates the control system is developed based on Kingview,it monitors the process of tool changing The stability and reliability of the system is verified by repeat tests,the system is proved to have a great value in practice.
