A water transport monitoring system based on an intelligent PCCP (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) comprises a measuring device, the intelligent PCCP, a data collecting and sending device, and a central control room, wherein the intelligent PCCP is provided with a prefabricated structure used for setting various water transport pipeline monitoring devices and sensors, and the prefabricated structure is arranged in a non-prestress area of the intelligent PCCP; the measuring device comprises a safety monitoring module arranged in the water transport pipeline, and a sensor is fixedly accommodated in the safety monitoring module and is fixed on the PCCP in a manner matched with the prefabricated structure correspondingly; the measuring device is connected with the data collecting and sending device through a cable wire, the data collecting and sending device is provided with a wireless interlinking terminal and is interlinked with the central control room through the wireless interlinking network; and the central control room comprises central control software and input display equipment. Therefore, the monitoring equipment for the water transport pipeline is more convenient for installation and maintenance, and the running state is more stable and accurate.
