Device for attaching at least one suture in a bone body

The invention concerns a device for attaching at least one suture in a bone body, said suture being adapted to be connected to at least one soft tissue, said device comprising: - at least one anchoring element (2) having an internal bore extending therethrough, - at least one pin (20) adapted to be able to pass through and axially slidable within the internal bore of the anchoring element, characterized in that it comprises at least one reamer (30 ) and in that the pin (20) comprises a rod (22) adapted to be able to traverse and slide axially in the internal bore of the reamer and a head (24) adapted to penetrate into the bone body, and driving said wire travelers suture in at least a distal direction, and to be able to release said suture at least in a proximal direction, opposite said distal direction.
