A Research on the Connotation of the Natural Beauty in Wushu and its Essence

Through the study of the natural beauty of Wushu and its essence adopting the method of literature review,the article points out that the natural beauty of Wushu roots in the imitation of natural beauty,forms in the life experiences of human beings,such as skills of self-protection and self-defense.The natural beauty is realized through the sportsmen's figure,rhyme,spiritual state.Human beings embody themselves through the perceptual target image and realize their objectification of human beings' essential power,which is the natural beauty of Wushu.
