Recognition of Generic Technology in Technology Foresight Delphi Survey

Generic technology has enormous impetus on a country's industrial technology ability.Because of its characteristics,the government should play an important role during its supply and diffusion.However,countries allover the world have no effective methods for recognizing generic technology.In each country's Technology Foresight,the Delphi survey has not yet been used to recognize the generic technology subject.In this paper,we will analyze the technology subject correlation degree of energy technologies in ″Technology foresight of China towards 2020″ and then get the generic technologies.It will provide some advice in selection of national critical technologies and the preferential technology areas.
