Oil gas well overflow and leakage experimental apparatus

2008
An oil and gas well overflow and leakage experiment device is applied to the process of opening the simulated formation in the oil-gas field well drilling and characterized in that the device is mainly composed of three major parts, that is a well casing with a piston, a transparent fracture stimulated glass window and a reservoir cylinder. In the well casing part, the piston is arranged in the round well casing; a screw rod is arranged at the lower end in the round well casing; the upper end of the screw rod is connected to the piston; in the transparent fracture stimulated glass window part, two organic glass windows are fixed in parallel on seams which formed respectively on the well casing and the reservoir cylinder, and sealed, and the two ends of the organic glass windows respectively communicate with the well casing and the reservoir; and a rapid connector is fixed on the tube wall of the reservoir. The oil and gas well overflow and leakage experiment device has the effect that the device can truly stimulate the process of drilling the reservoir bed and observe the phenomena of gas migration, well leakage and gravity replacement. The device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and convenient use.
