A Multi-rate RS Decoder for PLC System

Advantage of the power line communication with power line communication medium,has become the most advantageous means of communication.Based on RiBM algorithms and uRiBM algorithms,a RS decoder for PLC system with multi-rate feature is presented in this paper.With less resource and less complication,the decoder is easy to be realized in VLSI.The decoder has been applied on a PLC chip.
