The method comprises the following steps: after the straws are crushed, the straws and livestock manures or domestic sludge are prepared to a mixed material in weight ratio of 6:4; and the earthworm is placed into the mixed material for biological digestion. The method ensures that the earthworm can be safely placed on the straws and other organic material mixtures, is environment-friendly and safe, has good growing condition of working earthworm, large finished product earthworm yield, more egg production and high digestion efficiency, and the amount of the straws and other organic material mixtures in mean daily consumption is 2 to 3 times of the weight of the earthworm.
