Annealing device for preventing copper wires from being oxidized

2012
The invention provides an annealing device for preventing copper wires from being oxidized. The device comprises a heating furnace, wherein a supporting frame is arranged at one end of the heating furnace, and is provided with a wire passing shaft; openings are formed at the left end and the right end of the heating furnace; a plurality of seamless steel pipes are arranged through penetrating the openings on the heating furnace; the heating furnace is provided with a plurality of gas conveying pipes connected with natural gas; each gas conveying pipe is connected with one corresponding seamless steel pipe; each seamless steel pipe is connected with one cooling steel pipe which is inserted into a cooling device; a plurality of steel wires penetrate in each seamless steel pipe through the wire passing shaft, and are cooled through the cooling steel pipes after being heated; the angle between each gas conveying pipe and the corresponding seamless steel pipe is within the range of 15-65 degrees; and the heating furnace is further provided with an observing window; and the observing window is made of high-temperature resistant glass. The device has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, and uses the natural gas to discharge air so as to prevent the copper wires from being oxidized, so that the product quality is improved, and the economic benefits of enterprises are also improved.
