The utility model discloses a composite pollutant removing apparatus, which comprises a removing tower, and the lower part of the removing tower is opened with a flue gas inlet, and the upper portion of the removing tower is opened with a flue gas outlet, and the removing tower at the upper portion of the flue gas inlet is equipped with at least one layer of spray thrower, and the removing tower at the upper part of the spray thrower is also equipped with a wet type electric deduster. The apparatus has the advantages that not only the demister in the FGD apparatus is removed, but also the clearance of SO2 in the flue gas is equal or larger than 96%, and the removing rate of mercury is equal or larger than 75%, and the acid mist aerosol clearance is equal or larger than 95%, and PM2.5/PM10 clearance is equal or larger than 95%, and the ammonia escape is controllable under 5ppm using the SCR technology denitration or ammonia method technology desulphurization.
