Özbekistan'da Çağdaş Arşivlerin Oluşturulması Tarihi/ Hıstory of Creatıng of Contemporary Archıves ın Uzbekıstan

Arsiv bir milletin hafizasidir. Arsivi olmayan veya kâfi derecede zengin arsivleri olmayan devletler veya toplumlar hafizasiz kimselere benzerler. Ozbekistan’in tarihi binlerce yillara uzansa da ulkede cagdas anlamda arsivler ancak bagimsizlik doneminde olusturulmustur. Gunumuzde bu arsivler toplumun milli tarih bilincinin olusturulmasinda ve tarih arastirmalarinda verimli sekilde kullanilmaktadir. Makalede bagimsizlik doneminde Ozbekistan’da cagdas arsivlerin olusturulmasi asamalari ve arsivlerin durumu hakkinda bilgiler verilecektir. The archive is actually a memory of a nation. States or societies that are not archives or archives at large seem to be memory less. Although the history of Uzbekistan dates back to thousands of years, contemporary archives in this country established during the period of independence and today these archives are used efficiently in processes of formation of national history consciousness and in historical researches. In this article studied processes of the creation of contemporary archives in Uzbekistan during independence period and discuss about state of the archives.
