Disclosed is a large miter gate jacking method and device. The method includes: 1, measuring shaping and position parameters of a miter gate; 2, drilling anchor holes in a concrete structure; 3, mounting gate fasteners to vertically erect the miter gate which is capable of sliding in the vertical direction; 5, setting steel buttresses and jacks at the bottom of the miter gate; 6, operating hydraulic devices connected with the jacks to synchronously jack the miter gate. Therefore, the large miter gate is jacked efficiently through the process. Anchors of the gate fasteners are mounted in the anchor holes. Each slide rail base plate is provided with a slide rail arranged in the vertical direction. A slider is movably mounted in each slide rail. A first sleeve is fixedly connected with each slider. A second sleeve is fixedly connected with each anchor. A double-thread screw is connected with each first sleeve and each second sleeve in a threaded manner. The gate is stably fastened through the original gate fasteners, and the super-large miter gate is accurately and safely lifted and refitted by means of the hydraulic jacks and a four-point synchronous lifting method.
