Changes in the binding of copper and zinc in the rat bile during 24 hours after application
1974
The binding of copper and zinc with substances contained in the rat bile was studied in the course of 24 h after intravenous administration of CuCl2 or ZnCl2. The bile was fractionated using column chromatography on Sephadex G-100 and in case of zinc also by the method of disc electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gel.
