On Admission in Civil Procedure

With the deepening reform of judicature in our country,it is essential to set up the system of admission legislatively.The legislative proposal of "Draft Amendment(the third version) and Legislative Grounds for Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" is of great benefit for it,but there still exist some issues which are open to discussion.With reference to the said draft,this article intends to conduct an analysis of the implications,essential elements and nature of admission,so as to shed light on the establishment of equitable system of admission.
