The invention relates to a device for capturing flexible eddy current swing energy and measuring fluid flow velocity. The device is characterized by comprising a fixed support and an energy capture part, wherein the energy capture part is parallel to a flow direction of a fluid, is rotatably connected with the fixed support and comprises a cylindrical rod and a piezoelectric unit, the cylindrical rod is rotatably connected with the fixed support, the piezoelectric unit comprises a piezoelectric flexible strip and an output wire, the piezoelectric flexible strip is provided with at least one layer of PVDF piezoelectric thin film, one end of the piezoelectric flexible strip is fixedly connected with the cylindrical rod, the other end of the piezoelectric flexible strip is a movable end, the output wire is connected with the piezoelectric flexible strip and outputs alternating current generated by the piezoelectric unit, the energy capture part also comprises a speed measurement module, and the speed measurement module is connected with the piezoelectric unit through the output wire and is used for detecting the frequency of the alternating current and obtaining the flow velocity of an ambient fluid through calculation.
