The invention relates to a high-performance sulfuric acid dew point resistant steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-performance sulfuric acid dew point resistant steel plate is prepared from the following components according to mass percent: 0.04% to 0.08% of C, 0.30% to 0.70% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.013% of P, less than or equal to 0.003% of S, 0.55% to 0.95% of Cu, 0.40% to 0.80% of Ni, 5.00% to 9.00% of Cr, 0.010% to 0.040% of Nb, 0.030% to 0.060% of V, 0.008% to 0.016% of Ti, 0.0010% to 0.0040% of Ca and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistant index R(%) is greater than or equal to 132, (%C)*(the heat resistant Cr equivalent) is greater than or equal to 0.195, the ratio of Ca to S is between 0.80 and 1.50, and (%Ca)*(%S) is greater than or equal to (2.5*10 ) and is less than or equal to (2.5*10 ). According to the high-performance sulfuric acid dew point resistant steel plate, controlled rolling and tempering processes are adopted, so that the obtained steel plate has good low-temperature toughness, high-temperature strength, weldability and sulfuric acid dew point (smoke) corrosion resistance.
