Turboset high-pressure part structure with cylindrical inner shell

2015
The invention discloses a turboset high-pressure part structure with a cylindrical inner shell, which comprises a high-pressure inner shell upper half, a high-pressure inner shell lower half, a first tangential steam inlet pipe and a second tangential steam inlet pipe. The turboset high-pressure part structure is characterized in that the first tangential steam inlet pipe and second tangential steam inlet pipe are respectively installed on the high-pressure inner shell lower half. Compared with the set in the upper/lower tangential steam inlet structure, the cylindrical shell in the double-lower-part tangential steam inlet structure can effectively lower the integral shipping height by about 700mm, thereby effectively avoiding the possible risks in the transportation process. The turboset high-pressure part structure saves unnecessary cost, helps the power plant to achieve the goal of shortening the installation period in deed, and maximally displays the advantages of the integral shipping set.
