Abstract In work the data are presented, which characterize the connection of a diet with disease of illnesses of digestive organs which rises in process of increase of products that contain gluten and meat reduction in diet. Immune reaction is found out, that shows the appearance of antibodies. A gladin and fabric transglutaminaze. Reaction characteristics are different in people with different blood groups.
