In this paper, we propose and implement a early reception and hair style suggestion system based on knowledge of hair salon services by skilled hairstylist. By the proposed system, we can rapidly and exactly receive customers by automatically sensing customer using RFID technology in the hair salon. And also we can provide personal style suggestion based on customer characteristic and hair style information, and home care information of the hair procedure for keeping the style long time. Because the proposed system is able to supply standard knowledge of customer service of skilled hairstylist, the unskilled staffs also can provide customer services above normal level. So, we expect that hair salons have competitiveness power to accomplish customer satisfaction by the proposed system.
