The authors prove the necessity for working out radical decisions for the design standards revision taking into account technological advances, in particular the development of nonlinear methods of structures, including complex stress conditions, new proposals for calculating the reliability, survivability, structural safety of buildings, etc. The article proposes a nonlinear analysis for prolonged force resistance of wooden structures based on the method of integrated module of deformations developed for reinforced concrete structures and adapted for spatial wooden structure frames. The methodology has been tested through experimental studies of models and full-scale designs. The calculation is carried out by any software iteratively. The programming of calculations is supposed to be used as a supplement to existing software.
