A study on correlate factors and characters of imagine of post stroke fatigue in stroke patients

Objective To investigate the correlate factors and characteristics of magnetic resonance images in stroke patients.Methods To investigate Checklist Individual Strength,Zung Self-rating Depression Scale,Oxfordshire Community Stroke Project,manual muscle testing,Scandinavian Stroke Scale,Modified Rankin Scale and results of magnetic resonance images in 98 stroke patients.Results The incidence of post stroke fatigue was 42.9%.Score of SDS,age,sleep condition and muscle strength were significant contribution factors(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) ,and frontal lobe atrophy was at the edge of significance (P=0.066).Conclusion Post stroke fatigue correlated well with score of SDS,age,sleeping and limbs disturbance,while frontal lobe atrophy and deep white matter changes contributed to influence in post stroke fatigue as well.
