Structure Research of Turbocharger of Mining Vehicle

Creating geometric model of turbocharger turbine shell with cooling water jacket using 3D software named UG.The thermal analyses are researched on turbocharger with water jacket and without water jacket using FLUENT software.It turned out that surface temperature of turbocharger with water jacket has been greatly improved,and it reached requirements of turbochargers of mining vehicle,which is less than 150 ℃.The turbocharger with cooling water jacket could be used by mining vehicle.
