The recovering method comprises steps as follows: the printed boards are placed in the nitric acid tank to have an acid-leaching reaction with nitric acid; an obtained reaction liquid enters the electrolysis tank for electrolysis, and the silver is obtained; the printed boards are placed in the first cleaning tank for cleaning; then the printed boards are placed in the aqua regia tank to have a reaction with aqua regia; an obtained reaction liquid is pumped into the reducing tank by a pump and reduced in the reducing tank, and then a flocculating agent is added for flocculation and sedimentation; an obtained reaction liquid and sediment enter the vacuum suction filtration device for suction filtration, and gold-containing powder is obtained; the gold-containing powder is smelted, and gold ingots are obtained.
