Karakteristik Metode Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah

This study aims to describe the characteristics of educational budget decision making methods in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The research was carried out for six months with research subjects Chairperson of the Majelis Ibu Pawiyatan, Ketua Bagian Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, Teachers in the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, treasurer, several staff involved in budgeting, parents involved in seeking funding sources, and a person who is always critical in every time a decision is made and budgeted, both at the level of the Majelis Ibu Pawiyatan   or in the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Section. Research data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using Huberman and Miles version of data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of the method of decision making of the school's education budget are selective in minority and seniority, as well as in scientific authoritarianism.
