К вопросу о раннем выявлении и диспансеризации больных глаукомой

There was made an analysis of medical examination patients with glaucoma in the polyclinics of Tambov region. For six years (2006-2012) the structure of dispensary group of glaucoma patients had not changed much. The number of patients with advanced glaucoma remains high not only in the dispensary group (30%), but also among those who have surgical treatment in the branch (40%). Considering the fact that constant and planned dispensary work is the main thing to prevent blindness from glaucoma, it is necessary to develop more perfect forms of this work at all levels of our public health.
