INDICADORES DA AVALIAÇÃO INSTITUCIONAL: PERCEPÇÃO DE DIRIGENTES E INTEGRANTES DAS CPA

The objective of this research consists of a perception of managers and members of the Evaluation Committees (CPA in Portuguese acronym) about the indicators of the institutional evaluation. Thereunto, performance evaluation indicators were applied in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), from the theory. Subsequently, statistical tests were carried out to compare the perception of the managers and members of the CPAs. Firstly, it should be noted that a representative of the members of the CPA as a representative of the non-e-MEC institution is 7%. Subsequently, from the indicators studied in the research, three had a statistical difference in the perception of the two groups, managers and representatives of the commission.
