Особенности некоторых биохимических показателей сыворотки крови и мочи при учете фактического питания подростков коренного (нанайцы) и пришлого населения приамурья

2009
Correlation links of macronutrients contents and concentrations of proteins, uric acid, creatinin, cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose in blood serum and urine were detected in natives (n=21) and newcomers (n=19) teenagers. In the group of boarding-school children, lower levels of constant parameters, adequate to protein, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, in blood serum revealed in comparison with the control group. This fact reflects chronic substrate-energy deficiency (malnutrition). Blood serum glucose concentration in native children and in boarding-school children were at the minimal normal level. Hypoglycemia in girls has pathological character. Presented fasting blood serum glucose level is usually observed after a long period of malnutrition and liver glycogenolis disturbances. In the group of Nanai children, quality indexes of changes in blood and urine, adequate to nutrition markers, are more expressed and differ objectively from 1-st and 2-nd groups (p≤0,01; p≤0,001).
