Reasons for the Differences in Luring Foreign Capital Between Zhejiang and Jiangsu

Located in the both side of Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province are economic developed provinces and connected with each other in the areas of territory and economy. But Zhejiang Province lagged behind in attracting the foreign direct investment. This paper analyzes the differences in the area of traditional culture, enterprises` organization, industrial structure, investment environment and investment body, and tries to find the right reasons.
