Determination of urinary oxalate by anion chromatography — a preliminary report

1985
The measurement of oxalate in urine is one of the most important analyses in the investigation of patients with urinary stone disease. The recently developed anion chromatography (1) has been suggested by Robertson (2) for measuring urinary oxalate. It appears to be a relatively simple, sensitive and accurate method. In addition, it requires only minimal sample preparation and analysis time per sample. In the following, we report on our preliminary experience with this technique.
