Klarere språk i Fredrikstad og Sarpsborg

Kommunene Fredrikstad og Sarpsborg har jobbet med spraket i brev som sendes ut fra oppvekstseksjonene i de to kommunene. Resultatet er fornoyde brukergrupper og faerre henvendelser fra forvirrede mottakere.
