Abstrac -A Ka-bandmicrostrip patchantenna array withaperture-coupled feeding ispresented inthispaper. Fora single element antenna, animpedance bandwidth (return loss < -10dB)of2GHzisachieved atthecentral operating frequency of30GHz.A 2x2arrayanda4x4 arrayaresimulated, andlarger arraywithmoreelements istheoretically estimated. Potential applications ofthe designed Ka-bandpatcharrayinclude thesatellite digital communications. I.
