Automobile hydrogen fuel battery pack with radiator system

2010
The invention provides an automobile hydrogen fuel battery pack with a radiator system. The hydrogen fuel battery pack comprises a battery shell and a hydrogen fuel battery module installed in the shell, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the battery shell; a radiator fan is installed at the air outlet; the hydrogen fuel battery module comprises two upper and lower parallel battery packs which are respectively installed in the shell through guide rails on the inner wall of the battery shell; air ducts are left between the two battery packs and the inner wall of the shell and between the two battery packs; an L-shaped guide plates is respectively installed on the surface of each battery in the two battery packs; the long edges of each guide plate are positioned on the opposite sides of the upper and lower battery packs, the short edges of the guide plate are positioned on one end of each battery toward the air outlet; and air flow gaps are left on the guide plates and the surfaces of the installed batteries. The invention enables the temperature field of the battery packs to be uniformly distributed in use, thus improving the reliability and uniformity of the battery performance and improving the performance and safety in operation of the entire automobile.
