Glass steel barrel manufacturing technology for superconducting transformer

2015
The invention discloses a glass steel barrel manufacturing technology for a superconducting transformer. A glass steel barrel comprises a cylinder main body and a sealing cover. The glass steel barrel manufacturing technology comprises the following steps: uniformly coating the top end of the cylinder main body and the bottom of the sealing cover with a layer of insulating sealing adhesive, pressing the cylinder main body and the sealing cover by a press, and putting the cylinder main body and the sealing cover into a thermal press for solidification treatment under the solidification temperature of 85-90 DEG C and the solidification pressure of 0.2Mpa for the solidification time of 6 hours; carrying out secondary fixing on a joint of the cylinder main body and the sealing cover by an insulating pin, putting the cylinder main body and the sealing cover into a constant-temperature drying box for 12 hours for solidification sizing treatment, wherein the temperature of the drying box is 105-110 DEG C, and the glass steel barrel is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the glass steel barrel manufacturing technology disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the cylinder main body of the glass steel barrel adopts a solvent-free and vacuum state to complete a product immersion technological process, so that a product basically does not have a gap and has the characteristics of low dielectric loss, high leakproofness, high air permeability prevention performance and high heat insulation property.
