New method to measure the influence of Twitter users

Influence is one of the most studied concepts in social network analysis. Through influence marketing on social networks, we can measure influence by calculating the number of followers of an influencer, then the number of retweets made by these followers. In this work, we propose a hierarchical framework to identify sentiment influencers, and we present a new method to measure the influence of Twitter users based on Retweet. Finally, we use several comparisons to other ranking systems to show highly influential and recognizable users.
