The present invention relates to a lipo-suction apparatus comprising a suction tube arranged for sucking subcutaneous fat through an entry aperture, the cannula having a longitudinal axis and being mounted on a mechanical drive member having an entry provided for connecting an energy source and arranged to produce a movement and transmit it to said cannula. According to the invention, the movement of the cannula is a nutation movement comprising a vibration component perpendicular to the axis of the cannula and a translational component along the axis of the cannula.
